Is your service really free, and how do you make money?
Yes, our service is completely free to patients. Our partner clinics and hospitals pay us a coordination fee when they accept a patient we refer. You pay the clinic's own price, and we never add anything to your bill.
How do I get started?
Tell us what you are considering by email, phone, or our enquiry form. We will discuss your goals, answer your questions, and put together a personalised plan with surgeon options and real pricing. There is no cost and no obligation.
How long does the process take from first enquiry to surgery?
Many patients move from first enquiry to surgery within a few weeks. The main factors are your own availability, any tests needed beforehand, and the surgeon's schedule. There are no long waiting lists.
Can I talk to a surgeon before I decide anything?
Absolutely. We arrange free initial consultations, usually by video call, so you can discuss your goals and ask questions directly before making any decisions.

What is included in the price?
A typical quote covers the surgeon's fee, the procedure, anaesthesia, and standard post-operative care. We make clear exactly what is and is not included before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
No. Your quote reflects the clinic's own pricing. We explain any costs that sit outside it, such as flights, accommodation, or optional extras, before you make any decisions.
How and when do I pay the clinic?
You pay the clinic or hospital directly, usually around the time of your procedure. We help coordinate secure payment and give you a full cost breakdown in advance. You never pay us for our service.
Can I get a written quote before committing?
Yes. We provide written quotes with surgeon options, pricing, length of stay, and recovery details so you can weigh everything up. Asking for a quote places you under no obligation.
Procedures & Results
What cosmetic procedures do you cover?
We coordinate a full range of cosmetic surgery, including facial procedures, breast surgery, body contouring, and combined packages, as well as non-surgical treatments. If you are unsure whether your procedure is available, just ask.
Can I combine more than one procedure in one trip?
Often, yes. Combinations such as a mommy makeover are common where they are medically appropriate and safe. Your surgeon will advise whether combining procedures is right for you and plan your recovery accordingly.
Can you help with revision surgery from a previous operation?
Yes. Many of our partner surgeons take on revision cases. Sharing details and any records from your previous surgery helps us match you with a specialist experienced in the result you are looking for.
Will I see before-and-after photos of the surgeon's work?
Where available, we can share before-and-after examples so you can get a sense of a surgeon's style and results. Your consultation is also the right time to discuss realistic outcomes for your own case.
Will I have visible scarring?
Most surgery leaves some scarring, but experienced surgeons place incisions discreetly and minimise their appearance wherever possible. Your surgeon will explain where any scars will be and how they are likely to fade over time.
Travel & Logistics
How long should I plan to stay in Thailand?
It depends on the procedure. Many cosmetic treatments require around 5 to 10 days, while more involved surgery such as a facelift or tummy tuck may need 10 to 14 days, including recovery, before flying home. We confirm the recommended stay in your plan.
Do I need a visa to travel for treatment?
Many nationalities can enter Thailand without a visa for short stays. For longer treatment a medical visa may be appropriate. We advise on the right option and can help with the supporting documents.
Do you arrange airport pickup and accommodation?
Yes. We help coordinate airport transfers and comfortable accommodation suited to your recovery, along with local transport, so the practical side of your trip is handled.
Can I bring a companion?
Of course. Many patients travel with a partner or friend, and we can include an extra traveller in your accommodation and logistics. A companion can be a real comfort during recovery.
Before Your Surgery
What happens during the consultation?
Your surgeon discusses your goals, reviews your medical history, examines the relevant area, and explains what is realistically achievable. This is your chance to ask questions and confirm the plan before going ahead.
What tests are required before surgery?
Most procedures need standard pre-operative checks such as blood tests, and sometimes imaging. Bringing recent records from home can help. Your surgeon will confirm exactly what your procedure requires.
What should I stop before surgery, such as medication or smoking?
Some medications, including blood thinners, may need to be paused, and stopping smoking well in advance is strongly recommended to support healing. Your surgeon will give you specific instructions. Never stop prescribed medication without medical guidance.
Recovery & Aftercare
What is recovery like?
You recover under the care of your surgical team, with regular check-ins. Thailand's comfortable accommodation and warm climate make it a restful place to heal during the early stage of your recovery.
When can I fly home after surgery?
Your surgeon advises when it is safe to fly, based on your procedure. Flying too soon after some surgery carries risks such as swelling or clots, so we plan your stay around a safe departure date.
What aftercare do I get once I am home?
We arrange remote consultations with your surgeon, provide written aftercare instructions, and help coordinate any follow-up with a local doctor, so you stay supported well after you return.
How long until I see my final results?
This varies by procedure. Some results are visible quickly, while others continue to settle over weeks or months as swelling subsides. Your surgeon will explain the expected timeline for your specific treatment.
Discretion & Support
Will I be able to communicate with my surgeon in English?
Yes. Our partner clinics have international patient teams, and the surgeons and coordinators you deal with speak English. We can also arrange a video consultation so you can talk everything through beforehand.
Will I have a dedicated coordinator?
Yes. You are assigned one dedicated coordinator who is your single point of contact from your first enquiry through to your aftercare, so you always know who to reach.
